BP003467: Human DKK1 C terminal Domain Protein with the C-mFc Tag
Source: The recombinant Human DKK1 C terminal Domain Protein, (amino acids Met178-His266) fused with a mFc tag at the C-terminus, was produced in HEK 293 cells.
Molecular Weight: The recombinant Human DKK1 C terminal Domain protein with the mFc tag at the C-terminus has a predicted MW of 35.78 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-53 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
Activity: Immobilized recombinant Human DKK1 C terminal Domain protein with the C-mFc tag at 0.5 ug/ml (100 ul/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for the recombinant Anti-DKK1 Antibody protein with the C-hFc tag with the EC50 of 6.4 ng/ml determined by ELISA.
Purity: >95% by SEC-HPLC and SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.
Endotoxin Level: Less than 1 EU per ug of protein as determined by LAL method.
Formulation: Lyophilized from 0.22 um filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
